1. How can I sign up and login to Dyuti account?
Click button on the top or you can click here, fill in the details at the “Create Account” section and click on “Create” button. We’ve made it easy for you to view and update your account and orders any time through “My Account” after you sign in to your account. With “My Account” on Dyuti you can manage/edit all your personal data like address, phone numbers, email ids, change your password.
2. How will I know when my order is confirmed and shipped?
Once your payment has been successfully made, your order is processed immediately. Dyuti will send a confirmation mail for your order, to the email address associated with your Dyuti account. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID for your reference with our customer service team, a listing of the item/s you have ordered and an expected time of delivery.
3. I live outside India, can I place order?
Yes, we accept international orders. Orders need to be placed over phone, international shipping charges and applicable taxes will be charged to the customer. You might also incur country specific charges. Dyuti Emporium is not responsible for any additional charges such as taxes, duties, tariffs, or any other fees that may apply to international orders. To find out which if any of these may apply, please contact your local government. Orders within India are inclusive of Taxes and other charges.
4. Which countries do you ship to?
We have free shipping across India. Apart from we ship to Australia, Bangladesh, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, England, France, Germany, Greece, HK, Holland, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Mauritius, Mexico, Nepal, Northern Ireland, Philippines, Portugal, Scotland, Singapore, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, UAE, USA, Wales, Saudi Arabia, Oman at a flat courier fee. If you would like to request a shipment to a country which we are not currently servicing, please contact us ([email protected]) to inquire if we can ship to your location.
5. How can I cancel an order?
Once order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
6. What is your return policy?
We have easy return policy so that you can buy our products at ease and without stress. Notify us of any problems, damages or defects within 2 days from the date of delivery, and we will try to resolve your refund request. In case of damaged products, please send us a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of receipt of the product. Without photos sent in given time we will not be able to process replacement. The return shipping to seller for the product will be borne by the seller if the seller is at fault.
7. What is your shipping policy?
All items are carefully packaged at our warehouses – as to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the package is water proof with plastic wrap. Sellers provide free delivery on most items in India. For International orders, the shipping charges are different for different items and is mentioned clearly on the product page. Also prices may be different for different countries to account for shipping costs as sellers are free to set their prices and prices listed in INR are only for India. We process all deliveries through reputed courier companies like Aramex, DTDC, Professional and Fedex.
8. How do I track my order?
You can track your order on your “My Account” page. If you do not have a tracking number or delivery confirmation number, please contact us.
9. What modes of payment do you accept?
We accept all VISA, MasterCard both Indian and International. Customers will need to key in their 16-digit Credit/Debit Card number and the 3 digit CVV Code (Card Verification Value – found on the back of the card) and complete the payment flow in razor pay payment gateway. All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and private.
